About

MATE

Mind Activation Through Education (MATE) is a flagship initiative of the Mental Health Foundation (India) dedicated to nurturing holistic health among adolescent students. Tailored modules within this initiative target every aspect of an adolescent's well-being, focusing on cultivating positive mental health and fortifying resilience. MATE empowers young minds by fostering understanding of their bodies and minds, facilitating coherence in worldview construction, and instilling a positive life outlook. Grounded in a bio-psycho-socio-cultural and spiritual model, MATE provides a comprehensive and constructive environment for the growth of resilient individuals capable of navigating life's stressors, both normal and abnormal
